titleOfInvention | Antistatic resin composition |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] The surface resistivity is 10 because it has excellent antistatic properties and does not impair the insulating properties that are the original properties of organic polymer materials. Provided is an antistatic resin composition which is precisely controlled in the range of 8 to 10 10 Ω. [Structure] The antistatic resin composition of the present invention has a carbon-based conductive filler and a volume resistivity of 0.5 in an organic polymer material. It is characterized in that it contains at least one non-carbon type conductive filler having an Ωcm to 10 8 Ωcm or less. [Effect] Since the antistatic resin composition obtained by the present invention is precisely controlled to have a surface resistivity in the range of 10 8 to 10 10 Ωcm, it is excellent in antistatic property and has the original characteristics of the organic polymer material. There is no loss of insulation. The antistatic effect is permanent and has no humidity dependency. Therefore, it can be widely applied to electric and electronic parts as an antistatic material. Further, the present invention provides an antistatic resin composition which is excellent even in a thermoplastic resin having a high plasticizing temperature, which has been difficult to prevent static electricity. |
