abstract (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] To provide a sliding structure suitable for forming a sliding portion between a roller that guides and rotates a steel strip in a molten metal bath for plating and its bearing. [Structure] One of a shaft sliding surface of a roll that forms a sliding surface between a roll rotating in molten metal and its bearing and a sliding surface of the bearing is made of a ceramic sintered body, and the other is made of molybdenum boride. It is composed of a mixed sintered body with nickel. The ceramic sintered body is made of sialon, silicon nitride, silicon carbide, zirconia, boron nitride, or aluminum nitride, and the mixed sintered body has a hardness of Hv1400-7. 00, and it is better to make it lower than the ceramics sintered body. [Effect] The plating unit can be operated for a long time due to the sliding portion in which the corrosion-resistant and abrasion-resistant ceramics sintered body and the mixed sintered body having excellent corrosion-resistant and abrasion-resistant and lubricating characteristics are combined.
