titleOfInvention | Rolling bearing in continuous hot-dip metal plating bath |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a molten metal from being accumulated in a gap between a ceramic member and a metal bearing holder holding the ceramic member when the bearing is lifted out of a bath, thereby preventing the ceramic from being accumulated. Provided is a bearing for a roll in a continuous hot-dip metal plating bath in which a member is not cracked. A bearing is formed of a metal bearing holder and a ceramic member, and a groove is provided in a portion of the inner surface of the bearing holder, which slides on a roll shaft and receives a load, over the entire length in the axial direction. The groove has a partially cylindrical ceramic member with a curved sliding surface that slides with the roll shaft. The inner wall surface of the groove of the bearing holder and the outer wall surface of the ceramic member facing it A gap for discharging the molten metal is formed therebetween. |
