(57) [Summary] [Structure] A stoichiometric amount of trialkylsilyl halide, hexaalkyldisilazane or trialkylsilylamine, and hydrogen cyanide in the absence or presence of an atmosphere of a solvent or an inert gas. The trialkylsilyl nitrile is produced by reacting anhydrously. The reaction is preferably carried out at a temperature of 5 ° C to 25 ° C.
