abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide a method capable of producing silylcyanides with good operability and safety and good quality. Silyl cyanides are produced by reacting disilazanes, silyl chlorides and hydrogen cyanide in the presence of a polyether. As the disilazane, 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexamethyldisilazane is preferable, and as the silyl chloride, trimethylsilyl chloride is preferable. Moreover, as a polyether, polyethyleneglycol is preferable and especially polyethyleneglycol with an average molecular weight of 200-1000 is preferable. [Selection figure] None |
