(57) [Summary] [Purpose] To provide a flux composition which does not require cleaning of flux residue after soldering and has excellent appearance and electrical characteristics of a soldered wiring board. [Structure] 1 to 5% by weight of an activator composed of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of organic acids and amines and 1 to 7% by weight of an isocyanate compound are contained as essential components.
