titleOfInvention Novel polyether polyol and method for producing flexible urethane foam using the same
abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] Polyether polyol having a molecular weight of about 2000 to 7,000 obtained by addition polymerization of alkylene oxide with an ethylene oxide adduct of N-aminoethylpiperidine as an initiator, and production of a flexible urethane foam using the same. Method, a hydroxyl group having a hydroxyl value of 40 to 80 mgKOH / g and a water-based blowing agent of 4.6 to 6.0 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the polyol, and a hydroxyl value of 23 to 23. 50 mg KOH / G of the above polyether polyol, and a production method suitable for a cold cure method using 2.5 to 5.0 parts by weight of water as a foaming agent. [Effect] By using the polyether polyol of the present invention, a soft urethane having a low density and a low hardness can be obtained by using a small amount of water without using a specific CFC as a foaming agent without deteriorating the characteristics such as wet heat permanent set. Foam can be manufactured.
