titleOfInvention Mattress cushion material and manufacturing method thereof
abstract There is provided a mattress cushion material having a flat surface, forming irregularities with high hardness inside, having a soft initial texture, and having an acupressure effect. It comprises at least two flexible polyurethane foam layers comprising a first layer 12 on the human body side and a second layer 14 laminated on the first layer, and the first layer 12 is a high resilience flexible polyurethane foam. In the laminated surface of the first layer 12 and the second layer 14, a plurality of convex portions 16 are formed on the second layer, and the interface between the first layer and the second layer has a thickness of 1 to 5 mm. The mattress cushion material 10 includes a high-rigidity layer 17 obtained by impregnating and curing one foamed stock solution composition of the first layer and the second layer in the other foam.
