(57) [Summary] [Structure] (a) Ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber 50 to 90, (b) Polypropylene resin 50 10 parts by weight are directly fed to a twin-screw extruder having at least two kneading zones (in this case (a) and (b) are fed before the first kneading zone), the first kneading zone and the last kneading zone A masterbatch composed of (c) an organic peroxide and (b) a polypropylene-based resin to the extent that (a) is partially crosslinked is supplied from a supply portion provided between the kneading zones, and is fed into the twin-screw extruder. A method for producing a thermoplastic elastomer composition obtained by dynamically heat-treating. [Effect] It is possible to economically produce a thermoplastic elastomer composition in which a rubber is crosslinked with good quality and a small number of production steps. |
