titleOfInvention | Thermoplastic elastomer composition for extrusion molding and method for producing the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded article which is a thermoplastic elastomer composition having excellent tensile properties, weather resistance and flexibility, and which does not generate eye rejection when subjected to extrusion molding, and thus has excellent appearance. An extrudable thermoplastic elastomer composition is provided. An ASTM is obtained by blending 3 to 30 parts by weight of a component (B) with 100 parts by weight of the following component (A). A thermoplastic elastomer composition for extrusion molding having a durometer A hardness of 40 to 90 as measured according to D2240. Component (A): 5 to 50% by weight of the following component (A-1), 5 to 90% by weight of component (A-2), and 5 to 7 of component (A-3). 0% by weight (however, (A-1) + (A-2) + (A-3) = 100% by weight. A) a crosslinked composition obtained by subjecting the mixture to dynamic crosslinking in the presence of an organic peroxide (A-1): a polypropylene resin component (A-2): an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber component ( A-3): Mineral oil-based softener component (B): a polypropylene resin having a melt flow rate of 0.1 to 30 g / 10 min measured according to JIS K6758. |
