abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] The method of applying a polysaccharide according to the present invention is characterized in that the polysaccharide is applied to administration of a neurotoxic compound, or to a neurological disorder due to ischemia or trauma, and the polysaccharide is preferably glycosamido. It is characterized in that it is a noglycan and its mixture, fraction or derivative thereof. This glycosaminoglycan is heparin, heparitin sulfate, chondroitin 4 sulfate, chondroitin 6 sulfate, It consists of a mixture of dermatan sulfate, hyaluronic acid, or glycosaminoglycans. [Effect] It effectively acts on trauma and ischemic peripheral neuropathy, and further on toxic peripheral neuropathy, and can be suitably used for the treatment of these diseases.
