[Effect] Prevents rusting on the surface of conductor circuits and metals from heat, chemicals, solvents, or moisture and acids in the air of the metal parts of printed wiring boards and precision metalwork products that require fine metal processing, and at the time of film formation. Provided is a photosensitive resin composition which can form a protective film of any shape with high precision by using a photo method and can be easily developed with an alkaline aqueous solution. |
