abstract |
(57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a novel thrombolytic protein having a high thrombus specificity and exhibiting an anticoagulant effect. [Structure] The thrombolytic protein of the present invention comprises a tissue plasminogen activator or a modified form thereof and a part or all of the epidermal growth factor-like domain of thrombomodulin directly or via a linker. It is a hybrid and is prepared by a gene recombination technique. |
