titleOfInvention | Gas sensor |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] The present invention provides a gas sensor with high accuracy and excellent environmental resistance. [Structure] The first collecting electrode is composed of the porous thin film 10 having a filter function for allowing the test gas G to pass therethrough. The metal film 2A is composed of a thin film that covers almost one surface of the solid electrolyte 3A. The porous thin film surely allows the test gas to pass through and improves the current collecting function. Also, prevent steam and carbon dioxide from coming into direct contact with the solid electrolyte. |
