[Effect] This liquid food thickener can exert a thickening effect even in cold water and cold liquid foods, It is possible to give the same viscosity with an addition amount of 2 to 1/5. Further, by adding it directly to the liquid food, it has an appropriate viscosity, so that it can be safely rehydrated without accidentally flowing into the trachea even if it is ingested by a patient with a dysphagia. |
