(57) [Summary] [Objective] An object is to provide lactose-hydrolyzed milk with suppressed excessive sweetness. Composition comprising liquid milk, wherein the normal lactose content of the liquid milk is reduced by lactase hydrolysis by at least about 70%, wherein potassium chloride is about 0.01 to about 0.1. A lactose-hydrolysis-treated liquid milk having 5% by weight mixed therein, a method for producing the same, and a method for suppressing perceptual sweetness of lactose-hydrolysis-treated milk by mixing potassium chloride into milk. |
