abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] AlN powder for sintering, which is non-translucent, easy to sinter, has no sintering unevenness, and has high thermal conductivity and high withstand voltage, and its powder is alumina and boron. We propose a manufacturing method that can be obtained by nitriding with a compound at the same time. [Structure] A transition alumina having a specific property supporting Ca 2+ ion, a boron compound and a small amount of carbon are dry-mixed and pulverized to a specific lightly loaded bulk density, and then the boron compound and the transition alumina are mixed. By controlling the temperature rise of each nitriding reaction and further performing a nitriding reaction through a reduced pressure purification treatment process, BN is 0.10 to 1.20% by weight as an element B and a calcium compound is 0.010 to 0 as a element of Ca. . Al for sintering having novel properties containing 030% by weight N powder bodies are provided.
