abstract NEW MATERIAL:The compound of formula I (m and n are 0-8; m+n is ≥2; Ph is phenyl; X is-O-,-CH 2 -, etc.; Y is group of formula II or-CH 2 -; Z is H or OH; M is alkali metal ion, ammonium ion, etc.). n USE: A labeling compound useful for the production of labeled DNA or labeled RNA for detecting the mutation of gene or presence of pathogen, etc., on nucleic acid level.
