abstract PURPOSE:To easily manufacture a complex in which superconductors are arranged in high density anisotropy is excellent and its cut surface is free from any dis order by laminating pressing under pressure and thermally setting a plurality of thermosetting resin sheets on the surfaces, of which fine-line patterns made up of conductors are formed. CONSTITUTION:Carbon paste is applied to thermosetting resin sheets on the surface of which resist patterns are formed and pressure is imposed to them. The recessed portions of the resist patterns are filled with carbon paste by moving a squeege. Next, the fine-line patterns of conductor made up of carbon paste developed dried and solidified are formed on the thermosetting resin sheet. Sixty of those resin sheet are laminated, pressed to be fixed under pressure and held for 5 hours so as to harder the thermosetting resin sheets.
