abstract PURPOSE: To prevent the abnormal sound generated by a slide between a pad and a frame member by forming integrally a urethane seat with nonwoven fabric in the part in which the frame member and a spring member of the pad come into contact, of the vehicle seat. n CONSTITUTION: The vehicle seat is constituted of a seat cushion 2 and seat back 4. In the whole area of the lower face containing the part for coming into contact with a frame member 5 of pad 7 in the seat cushion 2, a urethane seat 12 with nonwoven fabric is formed integrally. On the other hand, in the whole area of the back, as well, containing the part for coming into contact with a frame member 8 and a spring member 9 of a pad in the seat back 4, the urethane seat 12 with nonwoven fabric is formed integrally. When a load is applied to the seat cushion 2 and the seat back 4, raising of the urethane seat concerned with nonwoven fabric comes into contact with these frame members 5, 8 and the spring member 9, but it comes to be scarcely slippery because frictional resistance is comparatively large, and generation of an abnormal sound is prevented. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
