abstract | PURPOSE:To stick integrally the skin to a pad, by a method wherein an adhesive film is set up to the inside of a pad molding die, a pad to which the film is stuck is molding by casting a stock solution of a foam of a thermosetting urethane foam and the skin is stuck to the pad as the film is left behind on the outside of a pad or after the film is peeled off. CONSTITUTION:A hot-melt type adhesive film 13a is provided on the inside of a pad molding die 15, a stock solution 18 of a thermosetting urethane foam is cast into the die 15, foamed and a pad 11 where the adhesive film 13a is stuck integrally to the surface is obtained. Then the pad 11 and skin 12 are stuck to each other by a method wherein the skin 12 is put over the pad 11, an end 12c of the skin 12 is fixed, high-temprature steam 22 is blown into the skin 12 through a force 21 while pressing the skin 12 with a press die 20 and the force 21 and the adhesive film 13a is melted. In the case where the film which has favorable peeling properties to the pad is used, the film is peeled off after the same is stuck to the pad, an adhesive agent is applied to traces, over which the skin is put and stuck to the pad. |
