abstract PURPOSE: To improve the body color of a cultured fish to a desirable color by breeding a fish with a feed containing kojic acid. n CONSTITUTION: Body color of a cultured fish such as sea bream, eel or fancy fish can be improved by breeding the fish with a feed containing kojic acid and preferably astaxanthin.
