abstract PURPOSE:To obtain the laminate in which a foamed layer is unnecessary to be stuck again by forming the foamed layer on a support with the foaming composition containing urethane polymer, vinyl polymer, carbon black and dimethylformamide. CONSTITUTION:One kind selected from the group composed of vinylchloride polymer, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer and the terpolymer of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate-vinyl alcohol, is used for the vinyl polymer of B component. After vinyl poymer, carbon black and dimethylformamide have been mutually mixed, urethane polymer is mixed thereto, whereby the composition of a foamed layer is prepared, and then one surface of the support having flat surface is coated therewith. Next after it has been dipped in the water of prescribed temperature, when it is dipped in the hot water of prescribed temperature for constant time, solvent is removed from the composition, and an elastic foamed layer is formed on the support. When the support is taken out from the water and is dried with hot blast at prescribed temperature for prescribed time, an objective laminate is obtained. Consequently, the foamed layer is firmly formed integrally with the support, whereby the eliminate in which separated foamed layer is unnecessary to be stuck to other support.
