titleOfInvention | Antistatic polyester film |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain the title film having a low surface resistivity and stable electrical conductivity by mixing a polyester with a metal organosulfonate, a polyalkylene oxide and carbon black in a specified mixing ratio and forming the resulting mixture into a film. n CONSTITUTION: The title film having a surface resistivity of 10 5 -10 13 Ω/cm 2 is obtained by mixing a polyester (e.g., polyethylene terephthalate) with 0.1-2wt.% metal organosulfonate which is a compound of the formula (wherein R is an aliphatic group, an alicyclic group or an aromatic group; and X is Na, K, Li or the like) (e.g., sodium stearylsulfonate), 0.1-5wt.% polyalkylene oxide (e.g., polyethylene oxide) of an MW of, desirably, 400-500,000 and 0.05-10wt.% carbon black and forming the resulting mixture into a film. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio |
