abstract | NEW MATERIAL:Compounds of formula I [R 1 and R 2 are H, lower alkyl, lower alkoxycarbonyl lower alkyl or form 4-6 membered (lower alkyl substituted) heterocyclic group together with N; R 3 is H or lower alkyl; R 4 is (lower alkyl substituted)phenyl, naphthyl, etc.; n is 1-6] and salts thereof. n EXAMPLE: 7-Amino-3-[N-(2-naphthylsulfonyl)glycyl]-2-piperidinocarbonyl-2,3,4,5- tetrahydro-1H-3-benzazepine hydroiodate. n USE: A medicine free from severe side effects and used for prevention and remedy of thrombosis. n PREPARATION: A compound of formula II is reacted with a compound of formula III by a conventional amidation method to prepare a compound of formula IV (in case R 5 is CN) and the obtained compound is reacted with H 2 S, then a lower alkyl halide and subsequently ammonium acetate, etc., thus obtaining the objective compound of formula I. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio |
