Thermoplastic polyester resin composition |
abstract |
PURPOSE: To prepare a resin compsn. with excellent antistatic properties and a high thermal decomposition resistance by compounding a thermoplastic polyester resin with an organophosphorus compd. and/or an org. chelating agent along with a specific antistatic agent. n CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic polyester resin is compounded with 0.02-10wt.% (based on the total compsn.) sulfonate salt type anionic antistatic agent (e.g. sodium n-hexylsulfonate, sodium hexylbenzenesulfonate, etc.) and 0.005-10wt.% (based on the total compsn.) compd. selected from the group consisting of an organophsphorus compd. (e.g. triphenylphosphite, etc.) and an organic chelating agent (e.g. ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, etc.) to give a thermoplastic polyester resin compsn. having excellent antistatic properties and a high thermal decomposition resistance and suitably used to mold parts of a precision machine or electronic and electric apparatus. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio |
