abstract NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I (R 1 -R 4 are H, hydroxyl, 16C alkyl, 2-6C alkenyl, etc.; 1-6C aminoalkyl which may contain protecting group or 1-6C alkyl or heterocyclic group which may contain 1-6C alkyl, amino, halogen or cyano, etc.). n EXAMPLE: 4-Amino-4,11-diethyl-9-methoxy-1H-pyrano[3',4':6,7]indolizino[1,2- b]quiuolin-3,14(4H,12H)-dione. n USE: An antitumor agent. n PREPARATION: An aminoketone compound shown by formula II is condensed with a pyranoindolizine compound shown by formula III by Friedelaer's reaction and when azido group is contained, catalytic hydrogenation is carried out.
