titleOfInvention Photosensitive resin composition
abstract PURPOSE:To improve the solubility and the light permeability of the title composition by incorporating a photosensitive adduct of a polyimide precursor having a specified repeating unit, and a specified isocyanate compd., a photopolymerization initiator, an org. solvent and if necessary, a polymerizable unsatd. compd., in said composition. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive resin composition contains the photosensitive adduct of the polyimide precursor having the repeating unit shown by formula I and the isocyanate compd. shown by formula III, the photopolymerization initiator, the org. solvent and if necessary, the polymerizable unsatd. compd. In formula I, R1 is a group shown by formula II, R2 is a divalent aromatic, aliphatic or alicyclic ring group or an organosiloxane group. In formula II, R3-R5 are each a monovalent hydrocarbon group which may be substd., R3 and R4 may be the same group with each other, (n) is an integer of 1-20. In formula III, R6-R8 are each hydrogen atom or methyl group, R9 is a divalent hydrocarbon group. Thus, the solubility and the light permeability of said composition are improved, and the formation of a thick film becomes easy.
