titleOfInvention Method for producing starch composition
abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing a starch composition. The method for producing a starch composition according to the present invention comprises (a) a raw material mixture containing a starch raw material, one or more selected from the group consisting of acid-treated starch and dextrin, and an alkaline aqueous solution, wherein the raw material mixture 100 (b) preparing a raw material mixture having a water content of 20 parts by mass or more and 35 parts by mass or less with respect to parts by mass; and heat-treating the raw material mixture to a temperature at which the raw material mixture is 120° C. or higher and 150° C. or lower. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a starch composition that does not swell or swells little when heated and has heat resistance by a simple method.
