titleOfInvention How to collect waste polyester material
abstract The present invention relates to a method for recovering a waste polyester material, and particularly to a method for recovering waste polyester by an improved alcoholic decomposition method to produce dimethyl terephthalate (DMT), which belongs to the technical field of recovery and utilization of waste polyester. Waste polyester raw material after water removal and deoxidation treatment is used as a raw material, and when it is melted before the raw material is supplied, a predetermined ratio of alcoholic decomposition agent and ethylene glycol are added to perform pre-alcohol decomposition. When it melts, a part of it reacts with alcohol decomposition, the viscosity of the molten raw material decreases, and after the molten raw material is added to the alcohol decomposition kettle, it is kept in the molten state at the alcohol decomposition temperature and solidifies again. It is difficult and ensures that alcoholic decomposition proceeds under uniform phase conditions. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
