titleOfInvention Systems and methods for high-throughput analysis of conformations in biological entities
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a device, and a system for performing a high-throughput analysis of conformational change of a biological molecule or other biological entity by using a surface-selective nonlinear photodetection technique. In one aspect, a method is provided for determining the interaction between a biological entity and a test entity, the method of which (a) at least one of each of the at least four biological entities. Contacting one test entity; (b) irradiating each of at least four biological entities with one or more excitation rays using surface-selective optical techniques; (c) Conho Determining whether conformational changes were induced in each of at least four biological entities by contact with at least one test entity; and determining conformational changes at least 10 per hour. It is carried out at the average rate of the test entity being tested. [Selection diagram] None
