PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To express not only in vitro expression of a plurality of proteins or a multigene protein complex, for example, an antibody or a protein complex, but also in vitro expression of two or more proteins having a synergistic effect in a specific disease. Provided is an expression system capable of in-vivo or in-situ expression and delivery or in-vivo or in-situ expression and delivery of an antibody or a functional (multigenic) fragment thereof.
