abstract |
The present invention relates to antibodies that result in enhanced T cell activation as compared to a glycosylated reference antibody that comprises greater than 80% core fucosylation, wherein T cell activation is associated with binding to Fc # RIIIa. It is provided by an antibody characterized by enhancement. The antibody is glycosylated but is inherently poor in core fucosylation. |
