abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic surface protective film which has less contamination on an adherend and has excellent peeling antistatic performance without deterioration over time. SOLUTION: A release film 5 for an antistatic surface protective film capable of transferring an antistatic agent is bonded to the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 has a carbon number of (A) an alkyl group. C4 to C18 (meth) acrylic acid ester monomers and (B) copolymerizable monomers containing a hydroxyl group, which do not contain a copolymerizable monomer containing a carboxyl group as a group of copolymerizable monomers, A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing an acrylic polymer of a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing the above, (C) a bifunctional or higher-functional isocyanate compound, (D) a cross-linking accelerator, and (E) a ketoenol remutable compound. A release film 5 for an antistatic surface protective film is formed by bridging an object, and a release agent layer 4 containing an antistatic agent is laminated on one side of the resin film 3.
