abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a protective film for an optical member having excellent antistatic properties and excellent adhesiveness. The present invention relates to a transparent substrate, a pressure-sensitive adhesive formed on one surface of the transparent substrate, and having a pressure-sensitive adhesive, an epoxy-based crosslinking agent or an isocyanate-based crosslinking agent, and a metal chelating agent. A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing a layer-forming material, a transition portion formed on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and made of an anti-static agent layer-forming material containing an antistatic agent, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the transparent substrate are not formed The object is solved by providing a protective film for an optical member which is formed on the other surface and has a surface layer made of the antistatic agent-forming material.
