titleOfInvention | Electrolytic gold plating solution and its manufacturing method, gold plating method and gold complex |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic gold plating solution which is excellent in oxidative stability without containing a cyanide and is advantageous in terms of current efficiency at the time of gold plating. An electrolytic gold plating solution containing a chelating agent, a conductive salt, and a buffer using a gold complex as a gold source, wherein the gold complex is converted into monovalent gold ions by the following general formula (1). It has a structure in which the represented hydant-in compound is coordinated. (In the formula (1), R 1 to R 4 independently represent a hydrogen atom or a monovalent organic group, and either or both of R 1 and R 2 are hydrogen atoms, and R 3 or R 3 or Both or one of R 4 is a hydrogen atom, except when R 1 is a methyl group and all of R 2 to R 4 are hydrogen atoms.)
