abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable epoxy resin composition having high impact resistance at a low temperature of a cured product, and a laminate using the same. SOLUTION: The present invention contains 1 to 50 parts by mass of a polymer (B) having a core-shell structure and 1 to 50 parts by mass of a blocked isocyanate (C) with respect to 100 parts by mass of an epoxy resin (A). The polymer (B) having a core-shell structure contains 3 to 50% by mass of vinyl cyanate monomer when the core layer is made of an isocyanate rubber and the total amount of the monomers constituting the shell layer is 100% by mass. , Blocked isocyanate (C) is composed of a urethane prepolymer having an average of one or more isocyanate groups in the molecule and a blocking agent, and specific blocked isocyanate (CI), blocked isocyanate (CII).
