PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method of a ceramic honeycomb structure capable of centerless grinding a ceramic honeycomb structure by an in-feed method. SOLUTION: An outer peripheral surface of the ceramic honeycomb structure is in-feeded by bringing a rotating grinding wheel into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the ceramic honeycomb structure that is rotatably supported by an adjusting wheel, a blade and a pressing roller.
