abstract 【Task】 Provided is an optical filter having an infrared shielding function and an ND function, which suppresses warpage and waviness, has good adhesiveness, and has a small change in transmittance over time. [Solution] In the optical filter of the present invention, an ND film and an infrared shielding film having different stress directions are formed in this order, and a stress buffer film is provided between the ND film and the infrared shielding film. The stress buffer film is a metal film or a gradient film whose composition continuously changes. An optical filter may be used in the light quantity adjusting device.
