The present invention provides a chimeric antigen receptor, an isolated nucleic acid, a chimeric antigen receptor expression plasmid, a chimeric antigen receptor-expressing cell, a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer, and a use of the chimeric antigen receptor-expressing cell. The chimeric antigen receptor is specifically bound to human leukocyte antigen G. The nucleic acid encodes the chimeric antigen receptor. The chimeric antigen receptor expression plasmid can express the chimeric antigen receptor. The cell expressing the chimeric antigen receptor can be obtained by transducing the immune cell with the chimeric antigen receptor. A pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer comprises a cell expressing a chimeric antigen receptor and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
