abstract |
The present invention provides compounds, compositions, and methods for studying, diagnosing and treating properties, diseases and conditions that respond to modulation of the expression and / or activity of the glycolate oxidase (HAO1) gene. Kind Code: A1 A nucleic acid comprising an oligonucleotide chain of 15 to 80 nucleotides in length, wherein the oligonucleotide chain reduces expression of a HAO1 target mRNA when the nucleic acid is introduced into a mammalian cell. Is sufficiently complementary to a target HAO1 mRNA sequence selected from a particular sequence along at least 15 nucleotides in length of the oligonucleotide chain. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
