abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a sealing sheet having toughness and excellent in both handleability and reliability. A semiconductor element sealing sheet 1 includes a sealing resin composition, inorganic particles, and a handling enhancing component. The content ratio of the inorganic particles is more than 50% by mass and 90% by mass or less in the semiconductor element sealing sheet. The handling enhancing component is a polymer particle.
