abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible composition (a flavor improving agent) used for improving the flavor of a composition containing vegetable protein (particularly food and drink) and a method (a method for improving flavor). The present invention also provides a method for producing a vegetable protein-containing composition with improved flavor. A processed tomato product is used as a flavor improving agent for a vegetable protein-containing composition.
