The present disclosure describes exemplary applicators and cap devices that can be used in combination with one or more detergents, antimicrobial agents, and / or disinfectants to reduce or remove contaminants on a surface. According to some embodiments, the present disclosure describes a first cap that can be stored within a cavity of the second cap to create a dual cap device. According to some embodiments, both caps of the double cap device may be individually sealed with a protective film. According to some embodiments, either a single cap device or a double cap device may be attached to the flexible substrate by a surface other than the surface having the cavity opening. |
