SOLUTION: For human-derived midkine whose expression is increased in prostate cancer, malignant lymphoma, liver cancer, esophageal cancer, duodenal cancer, colon cancer, bile duct cancer, gallbladder cancer, pancreatic cancer, thyroid cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer and the like. Thus, an anti-midkine monoclonal antibody capable of obtaining a highly reliable result by specifically binding with high affinity, and a cancer diagnostic kit using an immunoassay using the same are provided.
