titleOfInvention | Method for producing cellulose derivative |
abstract | Disclosed is a method for producing a cellulose derivative, which can stably obtain a highly transparent aqueous solution when dissolved in water. A method for producing a cellulose derivative, comprising the following steps (I) and (II). Step (I): A cellulose-containing raw material is pulverized to obtain a powdery cellulose having a water content of less than 2.5% by mass and a crystallization index of −3.5% or less determined by the following formula (1). Process Crystallization index (%) = [(I 22.6 −I 18.5 ) / I 22.6 ] × 100 (1) Wherein, I 22.6 represents the diffraction intensity of the lattice plane of cellulose I type crystal (002 plane) (diffraction angle 2 [Theta] = 22.6 °) in the X-ray diffraction, I 18.5 is amorphous portion (diffraction angle 2 [Theta] = 18.5 °). ] Step (II): 0.5 mol equivalent or more of the powdered cellulose obtained in step (I) and the reactant to 1 mol of anhydroglucose unit of cellulose constituting the main chain of the powdered cellulose. Process for obtaining a cellulose derivative by reacting in the presence of a basic compound of 0 molar equivalent or less [Selection] None |
