(1) The average porosity is 20 volume% or more and 80 volume% or less, and the average hole diameter is 5 μm or more and 200 μm or less. (2) The total content of C16 and C18 hydrocarbon components extracted with hexane is 200 ppm or less. (3) The total content of Al, Mg, Ti, Zr, and Hf is not less than 1 ppm and not more than 30 ppm.
