titleOfInvention | Hybrid multi-step nucleic acid amplification |
abstract | An improved method for amplifying a target nucleic acid sequence includes 1) first amplifying the copy number of the target nucleic acid sequence in the sample by the first nucleic acid amplification method, and then 2) the second nucleic acid. An amplification method is provided by applying to the amplified sample or an aliquot thereof and further amplifying the copy number of the target sequence. In embodiments, the first nucleic acid amplification method is a thermal cycling method, and the second nucleic acid amplification method is an isothermal method. Provided herein are systems and methods for nucleic acid amplification. The various features described herein can be applied to any of the specific embodiments described below, or applied to any other type of system or including nucleic acid amplification. obtain. |
