abstract | Disclosed are a polybutylene terephthalate pellet, a mixture thereof, and a method for producing the same, which can obtain a polybutylene terephthalate film having excellent transparency. A polybutylene terephthalate pellet (A) for film containing inorganic particles and polybutylene terephthalate, wherein the content of the inorganic particles is 1% by mass to 10% by mass, and the inorganic particles are organic compounds. And polybutylene terephthalate pellets (A) for film, wherein the terephthalic acid unit is 80 mol% to 95 mol% of all dicarboxylic acid units of the polybutylene terephthalate. Poly for film containing 1% by mass to 10% by mass of this pellet (A) and 99% by mass to 90% by mass of polybutylene terephthalate pellet (B) containing 1 mass ppm to 140 mass ppm of titanium as a titanium atom.
