Provided is a conductive composition containing a surfactant that can reduce clogging of a filter used when filtering the conductive composition. The present invention relates to a conductive composition comprising a conductive polymer (A) and a surfactant (B), wherein the surfactant (B) comprises a nitrogen-containing functional group and terminal hydrophobicity. The content of the compound (D1) containing the water-soluble polymer (C) having a group and having an octanol / water partition coefficient (Log Pow) of 4 or more in the conductive composition is the total amount of the conductive composition.
